e-loves'a hoş geldiniz. Aşağıdaki Şartlar ve Koşullar, E loves (bundan sonra "E-loves" olarak anılacaktır) ile telemedya Hizmetlerinin kullanıcıları ve müşterileri (bundan sonra "Kullanıcı" olarak anılacaktır) arasındaki ilişkiyi düzenler. 1. 4. e-loves Satın Almaları Kullanıcı e-loves aracılığıyla bir satın alma yapmayı seçerse, Kullanıcı e-loves'a seçtiği Hizmetler için belirtilen fiyattan tüm ücretleri ve ödemelerinden doğabilecek tüm masrafları ve vergileri ödemeyi kabul eder. Kredi bakiyesi, e-loves ile kullanıcı arasında ticari bir ilişki kurulur. Kullanıcı ödeme yaparak sözleşmesel bir ilişki kurar, kullanıcı Sipariş Süreci sırasında seçilen ve kredi hesabı hesaplanırken yatırılan bir payı alır. Sanal öğeler, bu Sözleşmeye tabi sınırlı bir lisans oluşturur. Sanal öğeler yalnızca Hizmet aracılığıyla kullanılabilir. Hizmet aracılığıyla yapılan tüm sanal öğe satın alımları ve iadeleri nihaidir ve iade edilemez. Hizmet kapsamında kullanılmak üzere sanal öğelerin sağlanması, e-loves tarafından sağlanan bir Hizmettir ve Kullanıcının bu tür sanal öğeleri satın almayı kabul etmesinden hemen sonra başlar.
İade Kullanıcı, e-loves'un herhangi bir nedenle hesabın kasıtlı veya kasıtsız olarak kapatılması durumunda geri ödeme yapma yükümlülüğü altında olmadığını ve kullanılmayan sanal öğeler için herhangi bir para veya başka bir tazminat alma hakkına sahip olmayacağını kabul eder. Ancak, e-loves her talebi ayrı ayrı inceleyecek ve yalnızca iyi niyetli bir jest olarak ve herhangi bir yasal sorumluluk kabul etmeden geri ödeme yapma hakkına sahiptir.
Genel olarak, satın alımlar için tüm ücretler iade edilmez ve kısmen kullanılan dönemler için geri ödeme veya kredi verilmez. Sanal öğe satın alımları nihaidir ve iade edilemez.
8 : ) Ödeme Koşulları Ücretli Hizmetler e-loves'a önceden banka havalesiyle veya kredi kartıyla ödenmelidir. Sipariş İşlemi başarıyla tamamlandıktan sonra, krediler müşterinin hesabına hemen banka havalesiyle ödenmesi durumunda 3 gün içerisinde aktarılacaktır. Kredi kartıyla satın alma yaparken, e-loves l ekstrelerinizde açıklayıcı bir e-loves olarak görünecektir. ,
9. Kullanıcı Yükümlülükleri Kullanıcı, kaydının içeriğinden, diğer kişisel verilerinden ve dolayısıyla kendisi hakkında sağladığı bilgilerden münhasıran sorumludur. Kullanıcı, sağlanan verilerin doğru olduğunu ve kendisini kişisel olarak tanımladığını kabul eder. Kasıtlı veya hileli yanlış beyanlar, hukuki ve cezai işlemlere yol açabilir ve e-loves'un ücretlendirme hakkını etkilemeden Kullanıcı profilini engelleme hakkını verebilir.
Kullanıcı, e-loves Hizmetlerini ticari veya ticari amaçlarla, özellikle reklam amaçlı kullanmadığını beyan eder. Kullanıcı, bu şekilde elde edilen verileri kullanma amacıyla diğer Kullanıcıların içeriklerini ve profillerini manuel olarak veya bilgisayar programları aracılığıyla okuyamaz.
Kullanıcı, giriş verilerini gizli tutmayı taahhüt eder. Giriş verilerinin üçüncü taraflara aktarılması durumunda, Kullanıcı eylemin tüm sonuçlarından sorumludur. Erişim verilerinin üçüncü taraflara iletildiğinden şüpheleniliyorsa, Kullanıcı derhal e-loves'a bildirmeli ve daha fazla kötüye kullanımı önlemek için uygun önlemleri almalıdır (örneğin, şifreyi değiştirmek). Kullanıcı, sözleşmesel ilişkinin sonucuna ticari veya ticari çıkarlar bağlarsa veya kendisine sağlanan verileri ticari veya ticari amaçlarla veya e-loves tarafından açıkça onaylanmayan amaçlarla kullanırsa, e-loves'a 1.500 USD tutarında sözleşmesel bir ceza ödemeyi taahhüt eder. e-loves veritabanı kullanıcılarına karşılıklı bilgi alışverişi için metin sohbeti fırsatları ve iletişim için hediyeler sesli görüntülü arama hizmeti sunar Kullanıcılar, kendi aralarındaki iletişimi yönetmekten ve uygun ifadeyi sağlamaktan sorumludur. 12. Reklamlar ve Haber Bültenleri Kullanıcı, e-loves llc'ye kaydolarak, e-loves bilgilerinin yanı sıra diğer Kullanıcılara ilişkin bilgilerin kendisine gönderilebileceğini açıkça kabul eder. Kullanıcı, istediği zaman göndermeyi durdurma hakkına sahiptir.

14. Zararlar e-loves'ı 13. madde kapsamında ticari veya ticari amaçlarla takip eden veya kullanan bir Kullanıcı, e-loves'ın izni olmadan 10.000 ABD doları sabit tazminat ödemek zorundadır. 15. 16. Genel Şartlar ve Koşulların Değiştirilmesi e-loves, sözleşme ilişkisinin esas hükümlerini etkilemediği ve sözleşmenin imzalandığı tarihte e-loves için öngörülmeyen gelişmelere uyum sağlamak için gerekli olduğu sürece, bu Genel Şartlar ve Koşulları her an değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. 18. Haklar Kullanıcı, e-loves'a Kullanıcı tarafından oluşturulan veya veritabanına yüklenen görseller, metinler ve videolar dahil olmak üzere içerikleri kullanma konusunda münhasır olmayan, devredilebilir, coğrafi olarak sınırsız ve geçici olarak sınırlı bir hak verir.
19. Kullanıcı, kendisi tarafından yayınlanan veya oluşturulan içeriklerin ve bunların kullanımının üçüncü tarafların haklarını, özellikle telif haklarını veya diğer mülkiyet haklarını ihlal etmediğini garanti eder.

Bu sözleşmeden doğan tüm taleplerin yargı yetkisi, Türkiye'dir. Kullanıcının daimi ikametgahının korunması veya sözleşmenin yapıldığı tarihte yurtdışı ikametinde olması durumunda uluslararası yargı kuralları geçerli olacaktır.

Welcome to e-loves. The following Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between E loves (hereinafter referred to as "E-loves") and users and customers of the telemedia Services (hereinafter referred to as "User"). They define the conditions under which the use of the Services offered by "e-loves" takes place.
1. Acceptance of Agreement to General Terms and Conditions By creating an e-loves account or using the e-loves application via a mobile device, mobile application or computer (collectively, the "Service"), the User agrees to the following Terms of Use. e-loves may make changes to this Agreement and the Service from time to time. 3. Scope of Services E loves allows Users to access a central database system through its mobile application. This database system
contains profiles and information about other Users. Once users register and create their own profile, they have the option to search for other profiles in the database. Users can view the profiles of other Users and communicate with them. In addition, e-loves offers access to certain Users' data as part of accessing the database system. The content, type and duration of data material provided and transmitted by the relevant User are entirely the responsibility of the User. E-loves offers both free and paid Services. With free registration, the User can create a profile, view the profiles of other Users and read messages from other Users. Likewise, a User can tag other Users' profiles free of charge. If two Users tag each other's profiles, this will be shown to both Users. This is a so-called match. In addition to the free Services listed above, the User is offered to communicate with other Users and write messages to them for a fee.

4. Authorization Minors and persons acting on behalf of a third party may not use e-loves Services. 5. Termination of Free Membership The user has the right to delete his profile at any time without giving any reason. If the user violates these General Terms of Use, e-loves may terminate his/her membership at any time without notice. Upon termination of membership, all obligations of the operator to retain the User's data cease, unless legal retention periods require such retention.
6. Change of Services E-loves always maintains the Service and tries to provide additional activities that are attractive and beneficial to users. This means that e-loves may introduce new product features or applications from time to time and may remove some features, and if these restrictions of e-loves do not significantly affect the rights or obligations of users, e-loves may do so without prior notice to users e-loves may suspend the Service completely; In such case, e-loves reserves the right to inform Users in cases such as security concerns.
7. Purchases In addition to the Free Services, e-loves offers the User various fee-based Services and benefits. With each individual use of these Services, the User enters into a new contractual relationship with e-loves. Each use of a Service creates a new contractual relationship. These Services are completely independent of the free use of the e-loves database system. Individual contracts do not constitute subscriptions. Credit balance is a commercial relationship established between e-loves and the user. Virtual items constitute a limited license subject to this Agreement. Unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, virtual items purchased by User will be licensed to User, and User agrees that no title or ownership of virtual items will be assigned or transferred to User. This Agreement shall not be construed as a sale of rights to virtual items. Any account balance for virtual items in the User's account does not represent a real-world account balance or reflect any stored value, but does represent a measure of the scope of the User's license. There will be no charge if the virtual items are not used, but if e-loves ceases providing the Service orAny other closure of the User's account or in accordance with the terms of this agreement terminates the license granted to the User for virtual items. e-loves reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to charge fees for the right to access or use virtual items and/or may distribute virtual items for a fee or free of charge. e loves can manage, edit, control, change or remove virtual items at any time. If e-loves exercises any of these rights, e-loves will not be liable to the User or third parties. The transfer of virtual items is prohibited and the User may not sell, accept back or otherwise transfer virtual items to any natural or legal person.
Virtual items can only be redeemed through the Service. All purchases and returns of virtual items made through the Service are final and non-refundable. The provision of virtual items for use within the scope of the Service is a Service provided by e-loves and begins immediately after the User agrees to purchase such virtual items.
Refund The User acknowledges that e-loves is under no obligation to provide a refund in the event of intentional or unintentional closure of the account for any reason and will not be entitled to any money or other compensation for unused virtual items. However, e-loves will review each request individually and has the right to issue refunds only as a good faith gesture and without accepting any legal liability.
Generally, all charges for purchases are non-refundable and no refunds or credits will be given for partially used periods. Virtual item purchases are final and non-refundable.
8.) Payment Terms Paid Services must be paid in advance to e-loves by bank transfer or credit card. After the Order Process has been successfully completed, the credits will be transferred to your account immediately by bank transfer within 3 days in case of capacity. 9. User Obligations The User is solely responsible for the content of his registration, other personal data and therefore the information he provides about himself. The user acknowledges that the data provided is accurate and identifies him/her personally. Intentional or fraudulent misrepresentations may lead to civil and criminal proceedings and may entitle e-loves to block the User profile without affecting e-loves' right to remuneration.
The User declares that he/she does not use e-loves Services for commercial or commercial purposes, in particular for advertising purposes. The User is not allowed to read the contents and profiles of other Users manually or through computer programs for the purpose of using the data obtained in this way.
The user undertakes to keep the login data confidential. In case of transfer of login data to third parties, the User is responsible for all consequences of the action. If it is suspected that access data has been transmitted to third parties, the User must immediately notify e-loves and take appropriate measures to prevent further misuse (e.g. changing the password). Prior to verification, the user is prohibited from providing any kind of obscene content.
Furthermore, the User undertakes, in particular, not to misuse the e-loves Services: not to use them to disseminate defamatory, racist, inflammatory or otherwise unlawful material or information; not to solicit illegal pornography through the database system or from other Users; not to use them to threaten or harass other Users or performers or to violate their rights (including personal rights); not to offer or solicit any illegal pornography, human trafficking, rape or bestiality;
not to introduce into the system or database any data containing viruses or software or other material protected by copyright or other protective rights, unless the User is the owner of the relevant rights or has received the necessary permission for use;not to use the Services in a way that could adversely affect the availability of the Services to other Users; not to interfere with or attempt to intercept any email or other messages;
not sending chain letters;
not to send e-mails or other messages that serve commercial purposes;
not mention any name, address, telephone or fax number, messaging address, email or URL in the profile data;
Other Users' personal storage, storage or processing.
Failure to comply with the above delays or other units specified in these General Terms and Conditions, e-loves the right to suspend the User's access to the database and to terminate the contract without notice due to force majeure.
The User undertakes to pay e-loves a contractual penalty of 1,500 USD if contractually related commercial or commercial interests are connected or if the data provided to him is used for commercial or commercial transactions or for a use not expressly approved by e-loves. Everything is broken. Other damages are not affected.
The User is also responsible for compliance with e-loves's photo/image policy. Accounts of users who share photos and videos in an obscene manner will be deleted without excluding their notifications.
10. Violation of User Obligations If the User violates these General Terms of Use, e-loves may terminate his/her membership at any time without notice and the User's account will be deleted.
11. E-loves creates an e-mail box under the User's account/profile. This is used for communication with other Users and for the duration of the Service from e-loves. Communications from e-loves to the User are made through the e-mail address sent by the User.
e-loves offers text chat opportunities for information exchange to users in the database and a supportive audio-video call service for communication, users are responsible for the exchanges between themselves and for ensuring appropriate expression. During communication, negative negative expressions and insinuations of users should be avoided.
The User can start a chat at any time. Users with a certain number of "credits" provide their communication to other profiles for a fee.

12. Advertisements and Newsletters By registering with e-loves llc, the User expressly agrees that e-loves information as well as information regarding other Users may be sent to him. The user has the right to stop sending at any time.
13. Commercial or Commercial Use Prohibitions, Spam Prohibition The User warrants that they do not pursue any commercial and/or commercial interests in connection with their use. They undertake not to use the e-loves website and mobile application for commercial or commercial purposes.

14. Damages A User who follows or uses e-loves for business or commercial purposes within the scope of clause 13 without the consent of e-loves is liable to pay flat-rate damages of 10 000 usd. In this case, the User is allowed to prove that no damage has been caused or that the damage is significantly less than the lump sum. e-loves reserves the right to prove that it has suffered more damage for this reason. In case of intentional or grossly negligent violation of the User obligations specified in Article 9, the User undertakes to pay compensation to e-loves, unless the violation constitutes collective compensation in accordance with paragraph 1 of this article. In this case, the User is allowed to prove that damage has occurred.
15. Third Party Services The Service may contain links to other websites or internet resources, as well as advertisements and promotions offered by third parties. e-loves is not responsible for the availability (or unavailability) of such external websites or internet resources. If the User decides to interact with third parties through the e-loves Services, their relationship with the User is subject to the terms and conditions of such third parties. e-loves is not responsible or liable for the terms or actions of such third parties.
16. Change of General Terms and Conditions e-loves reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time, insofar as this does not affect the essential provisions of the contractual relationship and is necessary to adapt to developments that were unforeseen for e-loves at the time the contract was concluded. Failure to comply with the contract will significantly disrupt the balance of the contractual relationship. The essential provisions are, in particular, those relating to the type and scope of Services agreed as well as the duration, including termination provisions. e-loves has the right to make changes in the contract to close gaps, especially due to legal changes and case law changes.
17. e-loves' Liability e-loves accepts no responsibility or liability for the accuracy and security of data and content published or transmitted by other Users. e-loves also assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the content of User profiles. Although this is not allowed, Users may enter false or illegal information and content or use e-loves Services for inappropriate or illegal purposes. In case of illegal criminal use, we reserve the right to delete accounts detected without notice.
e-loves provides an IT service that provides access to the database does not guarantee success among users. Since e-loves has no influence on data transfer over the internet outside of its own IT infrastructure and due to the characteristics and uncertainties of the internet, e-loves cannot accept any liability for such external data losses and/or errors in data transfer. e-loves is not responsible for failures of the offer that are beyond its control (for example, due to force majeure or technical malfunctions on the internet).
e-loves does not accept liability for the misuse of information provided by the User to third parties. e-loves is not responsible for unauthorized access by third parties to Users' personal data (e.g. through unauthorized access to the central database), unless e-loves has intentionally or grossly negligently enabled unauthorized access by third parties.
E-loves is only liable for intent and gross negligence, excluding breach of essential contractual obligations, damage to life, body or health, or claims arising from the Product Liability Law. Essential contractual obligations are obligations that must be fulfilled to achieve the purpose of the contract.
In the event of a slightly negligent breach of an obligation necessary to achieve the purpose of the contract (primary obligation), e-loves' liability will be limited to damage that is foreseeable and typical for the type of activity in question.
The above limitation of liability also applies to the personal liability of e-loves employees, agents and representatives.
18. Rights The User grants e-loves a non-exclusive, transferable, geographically unlimited and temporarily limited right to use the contents, including images, texts and videos, created by the User or uploaded to the database.
19. The User warrants that the contents published or created by him and their use do not infringe the rights of third parties, in particular copyrights or other proprietary rights.
e-loves collects, processes and uses the User's personal data as described in these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Storage of personal data is subject to legislative provisions.
20. Cancellation Instruction Right of Cancellation The User has the right to cancel the created contracts within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is signed individually. In order to exercise the right of cancellation, the User must notify us of the cancellation decision by a clear statement to e-loves llc (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). this contract. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send a notification that the right of withdrawal has been exercised before this withdrawal period expires. Consequences of Cancellation If the User cancels this Agreement, the User will refund the balance of the last payment received from him/her upon request. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the same payment method used for this refund will be used in the original transaction; In no case will the user be charged for the refund.
21. Other Provisions The legal relationship between E-loves and the User is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and international laws without being subject to any mandatory provisions. The jurisdiction of all claims arising from this contract is Turkey. In the event that the User maintains his permanent residence or resides abroad at the time the contract is made, international jurisdiction rules will apply. Thank you
